THE NULTY SCREW

One Head. Multiple Connections. One Scan Ladder Ultra.

At the centre of Ultra is the new Nulty Screw.

Rather than requiring different Scan Ladder bodies for different screw connections, the Nulty Screw uses a common precision head interface within Scan Ladder Ultra, with different thread variants underneath.

Every Ultra kit includes:

Simply select the appropriate Nulty Screw for the MUA connection being restored.

Scan Ladder was developed around a fundamentally different approach to full-arch intraoral scanning:

make every reference geometrically recognisable.

Rather than relying on multiple identical scan bodies, Scan Ladder uses deliberately differentiated geometry across the arch to provide the scanner with continuous, recognisable reference information.

UNIQUE GEOMETRY

Each Scan Ladder has its own characteristic geometry, helping reduce ambiguity between positions during full-arch scanning.

RANDOMISED SURFACE TECHNOLOGY

Our patented randomised irregular geometry provides rich geometric information for intraoral scanner tracking and stitching.

COMMON CENTRAL CYLINDER

Every Scan Ladder incorporates a common precision matching cylinder.

The external geometry helps the scanner track the arch.

The cylinder provides the common CAD reference.

CONTINUOUS FULL-ARCH GEOMETRY

Position Scan Ladder Ultra bodies to create a continuous geometric pathway across the arch, maintaining overlap between adjacent references wherever possible.

REUSABLE TITANIUM

Scan Ladder X-Change is our new cloud-based library matching and switching platform.

Upload your Scan Ladder dataset and X-Change can use the unique Scan Ladder geometry and common cylinders to identify the reference positions and allow them to be transferred to your required digital library workflow.

Upload the dataset to X-Change.

3. MATCH
X-Change identifies the Scan Ladder geometry and reference cylinders.

4. SELECT
Choose the required target library components.

Where you need another supported library, X-Change provides an additional route between your Scan Ladder scan and the required CAD geometry.

SCREW COMPATIBILITY

Ultra is supplied with 1.4 mm, 1.6 mm and 1.72 mm Nulty Screws.

These thread variants have been developed to cover a broad range of commonly used MUA connections.

Compatibility is determined by the specific MUA screw connection, not simply the implant brand.

Many manufacturers offer multiple restorative platforms and connections. Always confirm the required screw size for the specific MUA before clinical use.
